Today we had to drive to Fort Lauderdale Airport to pick up a rental car because we are leaving on vacation this afternoon. We thought we would go early to pick up the car but when we got there they informed us that we had to pick it up at the exact time of the reservation which was an hour and a half later. With time to kill we decided to go to Starbucks for a coffee and then down to the beach to kill time. When we arrived at Starbucks Henry asked me if I had any gift revolution cards so I got one out of my purse and we went inside. When it was our turn, Henry told the guy that he wanted to pay for the man behind us and he gave him the card. When he told the man that his coffee was paid for he came over to say thank you and apologized for ordering something so fancy..ha ha ha.

The Gift Of Helpfulness
S. Pierce, 67, Myrtle Beach, US
My problem the back window of my 99 Kia Sportage soft top had come off track. After trying for two and half hours to put my back window back on track I had given up. Resolving to go to the Kia dealer knowing there would be a charge but would have my window back in for the trip I was about to take. Watching the mechanic work on the window for 45 min I was so happy he got it back on track. I handed him my credit card thinking there would be a labor charge but he handed it back and also handed me a Gift Revolution card and asked me to post so I GLADLY DID! Thank you for all your help and kindness.

Revolution Rolls On
Terrell Somerville, 43, Portland, US
Since the revolution began, I have been so blessed in doing different things to love on those everywhere I go. My youngest daughter, Chloe and I were eating in a restaurant in Bowling Green, KY last night. The waiter was a young guy with such great manners. He was so down to earth and really showed he cared about our dining experience and not just there for the job. Chloe and I decided to give him a tip out of the norm with a TGR card. He was so appreciative. He said he had been catching a ride to work for a month because of transportation issues. I watched him read the TGR card from a distance and put it in his wallet. I really believe together, we are truly helping out a world that needs alot of love.

The Day Before Thanksgiving
Liza Mijares, 39, Pembroke Pines Flori, US
It was the day before thanksgiving, I set my mind to do my part in "the gift revolution". While on line at the "honey baked ham" store I waited on line for 35 minutes, conversed with people in line. I asked God, "Lord who do you want me to give the gift today - is it the person in front of me or behind me?"
But I just went through the motions, I paid for my ham and left, did not pay for anybody's ham. As I got on my car, I decided to go back - I have to do what I've set my mind to do. I walked back to the cashier and told her that I wanted to pay the ham of the next person in line. To my surprise, the person next in line was my son's former teacher.
What a perfect timing! The recipient of God's gift is someone I really wanted to thank God for her Godly influence in my son's life. And I was able to show it today.
Thank God I obeyed! I went home ... In Peace!

The REVOLUTION continues
Jeff Anderson, 40, White House, US
As me and my family continue the revolution we just keep getting more and more excited about showing love to others around the country. One of the coolest things is to see it expand from us to other people. I'm sure everyone has gotten the initial look from who we are giving the blessing to or the cashier and then once they get it they light up. Then there is the people in our life that have started the revolution after we set the examples. Teaching others is one of the greatest gifts that we could ever give. To be able to show the world there is love out there and people do care. If it is a gift card to the cashier at Kroger’s on the day before Thanksgiving or paying for someone’s cleaning or tipping a waitress $15 on a $20 check. Keep up the GREAT WORK EVERYONE. The Revolution Continues in Tennessee!!

Giving feels soooo GOOD
cw, 52, Little River, US
I am a manager at a local grocery store. I gave 5 Gift Revolution cards to a cashier and told her that the next 5 customers that came through her line with a gallon of milk, to tell them that there milk was paid for, and to give them a card. It caused much excitement with my employees and hopefully will have a chain reaction!!! Then later that day another employee approached me and said a customer had asked her to give me something, she handed ME a Gift Revolution card with money attached!!!! Hopefully this won't end with Christmas...possibly we could turn it into an everyday occurance......

Thanks - Giving!
Gena, 56, North Myrtle Beach, US
On the way to work this morning I went through the drive through at Chick Filet and paid for the breakfast for those in the car behind me and gave a card to the cashier to pass on. The cashier must have done this before, because she was so excited to participate. Later in the day I left a $20 bill clipped to a Gift Revolution card after receiving a massage - which was unexpected of me. It felt good! Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Ride to the hospital
Kelli L., 26, Cooper City, US
After church, I was excited to find out what God would put in my path. We headed to Chili's after church and outside was a young boy selling something for his FBLA club. Usually we walk right by. Instead, we gave the boy some cash along with a revolution card. May sounds like something pretty small, but it was our first step.
I also took my niece to Flamingo Gardens. I purchased my ticket, excited that I got a AAA discount, and asked the lady if I could purchase a child's ticket for the next family that came in. She was confused and thought that I was waiting for someone, but I explained to her what I was doing and she happily agreed.
However, tonight was when the concept really hit home. I had an appointment to get my hair cut at 6:30. I showed up about 10 minutes early and plopped down on a comfy chair with a magazine waiting for my turn. I noticed the lady at the check out desk fumbling with her keys and wallet. She dropped her sunglasses and a clip, picked them up, and dropped the sunglasses again. She was trying to use her debit card, but couldn't remember her pin #. When my hair dresser asked her how she liked her new color, she was confused and couldn't answer. She said she just needed to go. As she was walking out the door she said she was going to drive herself to the hospital. Everyone just kind of looked around at each other and let her go. I felt God tugging on my heart and, knowing that she couldn't possibly drive herself, I chased after her. I caught up to her in the parking lot where she was still dropping things and so confused. I convinced her to let me drive her to the hospital where they told me she probably had a minor stroke. I waited with her until her friend arrived, slipped the card into her pocket, and headed home. Honestly, before the idea of a gift revolution, I'm ashamed to say I may have just let her walk out, get in her car, and who knows what may have happened. I never got my hair cut, but I did start a revolution.

Leaving Las Vegas
Brian and Lindy, 42, Hollywood, US
Tonight, we had dinner at Las Vegas Cuban Restaurant, here in Hollywood. We couldn't decide who to give "the gift" to, but finally decided on a family of four, mom, dad and teenage boy and girl. What made us choose this family, was, we saw the boy texting on his phone, and knew that these kids would check out the website.
So, family of four, if you're out there, have a wonderful and joyous holiday and come by Flamingo Road Church to visit...

My part
Pati Mac, 50, Morganton NC- Barefo, US
I moved from Longs, SC - Barefoot community church was one of my churches. I now view the church on the internet while I search for a new church. I don't have any of the cards yet but....
Today I went shopping and was checking out with my groceries for Thanksgiving. Behind me in line a Mother with a big baby in her arm and about a 6 year old son had 6 cans of green beans.
The boy asked me if I was making Candy because he must've seen the meltable chocolate that I had. I told him I was dipping rod pretzels in the chocolate and we chatted about that.
I couldn't figure how to pay for their beans and thought that would be not the right thing to do.
I left the store got to my car and saw them come out but way away from me.
I drove up to the car, asked her to wait a second told her " God told me to do something for her" I went to the trunk and got the chocolate and pretzel rods out of my car. She was smiling beyond belief and so was her son in the back seat. She gave me a big hug and I told her and her son "Now YOU'RE making candy".
The smiles were huge. She told me "I promise to pay it forward". And we both parted ways.
Man, what a great feeling.

using these cards left and rig
Krista, 21, NMB, US
Apparently, I get super excited when I use these cards and so I am constantly looking for opportunities to use them. I used my dollar that Pastor Clay and his family gave the congregation and wrapped it around a card and stuck it in a snack machine. :D Something small but I'm sure it made someone happy. Today, I used two cards! I was cashing my check at Walmart and the lady looked very unhappy. I asked her if she could break one of the 20s into a 10 and two 5s. She looked at me like "are you serious?" I told her there was a method to my madness. I wrapped the five around a card and asked her to give it to the next person behind me. She smiled and asked why I was doing it. So I gave her a card and explained it to her. She smile and said it was cool. I also slipped in the name of our church :D

God Gives At All Times
A Jesus Lover, 55, Myrtle Beach,S.C.295, US
God Gives At All Times
Went to B.C.Church this Sunday,
When someone said to me,
Here, please take this shirt,
Green and new and free.
Inside was Gods talking-vessel,
Was freely giving all a dollar,
Telling how to share Gods love,
Without a demanding hollar.
Was taken to go home,
But was stalled,to stop and eat,
When time came to pay,
Was told,no it's our treat.
Then at home,got a call,
My brother was homeless,
Needed a temporary stall,
Been blessed to bless.
Went to church next day,
Needed gas,"Hey,"
Someone called,
My old crack dealer.
Before meeting Jesus,
last year,my 1 big stealer,
"Hey","X" lives next door,
"Hold on,I'll call him, give you more.
They all found out,
That it was really me,
That I received a NEW LIFE,
That was truly free.
Seems like,
Everyday has all its rhymes,
One thing I do know,
God Gives At All Times. :)
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He GAVE His only begotten Son,that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Thank you God and people for loving and giving to me!!!Please don't make this website stop! :)
